Studios 1 and 2 opened in June 2023, with two artists busy working away in light filled spaces.

Just a Teaspoon micro bakery joined in 2024, with cakes to die for, toasties and event catering. Maddi is open Thursday to Monday 7:30am-1pm.

The courtyard also houses our most valued coffee slinging friend Greg, in the Little Boy Brew caravan, 7am-midday Monday to Friday.

EN PLEIN AIR - painting group, meets first Wednesday of each month for social painting outdoors. BYO materials to the location posted on social media leading up to each date.

BRING YOUR THING - first Saturday of each month, in the On Clarence courtyard. Come with an activity to keep your hands busy and knit, paint, draw, write or weave while getting to know others.

POP UPs - creatives are welcome to bring their work to sell in the courtyard, or give a demonstration, or perform, busk or run a workshop. Reach out if you’d like to join us!
