Studios 1 and 2 opened in June 2023, with two artists busy working away in light filled spaces.

Just a Teaspoon micro bakery joined in 2024, with cakes to die for, Commonfolk coffee, toasties and event catering. Maddi is open Thursday to Monday 7:30am-1pm (ish)

EN PLEIN AIR - painting group, meets first Wednesday of each month for social painting outdoors. BYO materials to the location posted on social media leading up to each date.

POP UPs - creatives are welcome to bring their work to sell in the courtyard, or give a demonstration, or perform, busk or run a workshop. Reach out if you’d like to join us!
